Payment

We except Credit cards through Paypal when ordering online. If you prefer to order by phone or mail you may pay by Cashiers Check, or Check (Please allow 10 additional days for checks). NSF checks are subject to a twenty-five dollar fee. Just print out the Order Form. If you have any questions or if you are looking for something you don’t see on our website, please let us know. We will do our best to get it for you.

Inspection/Acceptance of Goods

Buyer shall be responsible for inspecting all Goods prior to acceptance;provided,however,that if Buyer has not given Seller written notice of rejection within five (5) businesss days following delivery receipt by Buyer, the Goods shall be deemed to have been accepted by Buyer.

Returns

Tail Source operates off an exchange policy only. In an effort to keep our prices the lowest on the market with only the best tail hair and 100% quality natural hair we accept exchanges only sorry no exceptions. If your color does not match your welcome to exchange for a different color we want you to have the best color match. All exchanges must be new with tags attached we cannot accept used tails for exchange. Consignment tails are sold “as is” where is and are not accepted for return or exchange. Consignment tails are all sales final.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products and some destinations by US Law.

Shipping is applicable to USA destinations only. For all other destinations, shipping charges will be calculated real time with a shipping service provider such as USPS or UPS.  Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.

Most orders are processed and shipped out same day as the order placed (business working days).

If a customer places an order and order has been shipped out already, they may not cancel the order. They have to request RMA# to return the item. If a customer refuses an order delivery after it has been shipped out then refusal fees ($20). Shipping companies charge us for orders being refused.

Warranty

All tails have a full warranty against defects or workmanship. If you feel your tail has a warranty claim please feel free to contact us. We do require all warranties or exchanges have shipping pre paid. Unsure about our warranty please refer to your warranty paperwork included with each tail.
