Tails come with full warranty and exchange policy only. In an effort to keep our prices the lowest on the market with only the best tail hair and 100% quality natural hair we accept exchanges only. If your color does not match your welcome to exchange for a different color we want you to have the best color match. All exchanges must be new with tags attached we cannot accept used tails for exchange. All tails have a full warranty against defects or workmanship. If you feel your tail has a warranty claim please feel free to contact us. We do require all warranties or exchanges have shipping pre paid. Unsure about our warranty please refer to your warranty paperwork included with each tail. We can match any hair color off a sample just send us 15-20 hairs. Prices may vary between colors. Please ask us for more details
